As college and universities begin their summer breaks, Magellan Transport Logistics managers and staff prepare for the arrival of their summer interns.  Connor Chason, Tim Connery, Chris Carlos, Thomas Slagle and Nicholas Garcia were awarded the coveted spots for the “Magellan Transport 2025 Summer Internship”. Interns are partnered with a mentor, allotted time in each corporate division and exposed to core business practices and standard operating procedures from human resources through marketing, corporate culture, sales, finance and brokerage. “Our program was developed to ensure a comprehensive supply chain management experience.” reported Training Manager Jenna Piatak. Magellan has hosted interns since 2006- program participants are paid and receive course credit.
