Company beverage stations provide a green impact. Lavit – installed at Magellan Transport Logistics by Coffee Perks, is a cold beverage machine whose capsules are not only 100% recyclable, but also provide staff with a freshly made chilled, healthy, preservative free alternative to soda.

AIR QUALITY
Building air quality is a high priority. Magellan 8505 Baycenter building has new and freshly cleaned HVAC systems. Many companies choose to use aerosol products in their buildings.
